As an independent provider, our purpose is to ensure your employees have access to essential protections and support while working on one of the UK’s most significant infrastructure developments.

What’s Covered

  • Death In Service Benefits
    A lump sum payable upon death.
    Conditional death benefit and accidental death benefit are also provided in line with site agreements.

  • Sick Pay
    Financial protection during medically certified absences, keeping workers secure when they’re unwell or recovering.

  • Permanent Total Disability Benefit
    One-off compensation for work related injuries or illnesses that prevent return to any form of work.

  • Accidental Dismemberment Benefit
    Financial support following a site-related accident resulting in the permanent loss of a limb, digit or certain bodily functions.

Benefits are paid from discretionary trust funds, with Welplan acting as the Corporate Trustee. All claims are paid entirely at Welplan’s discretion.
