Engineering construction

In 2006 the Engineering Construction Industry Association (ECIA) selected Welplan as the preferred welfare benefits provider for employees engaged in the Engineering Construction Industry. The industry’s National Agreement (NAECI) sets out the welfare benefits that operatives are entitled to, summarised in the following download:

Following the confirmation of the 2024-2025 NAECI Settlement in January 2024, we are currently updating the NAECI employee booklet and information to reflect the rate changes.
