The BESA Operative National Agreement - Welfare Benefits Provision
The BESA Operative National Agreement sets out the required welfare benefits and the pension contributions for operatives covered by the agreement. Welplan is the preferred provider for the provision of welfare benefits.
The welfare benefits effective from 2 October 2023 are set out in the Operative Wage Agreement for 2023-2025.
