Employees Joining the Scheme

For employees wishing to join the scheme, we can supply you with new entrant packs - just call the Pensions Helpline.

These packs are generic, in that they do not include details of the specific contribution rates you are offering as an employer. We can help design tailored inserts to cover this if you wish.

Scheme Leavers

Please use this form to let us know when an employee leaves the scheme.

Leaver Notification

AVCs (Additional Voluntary Contributions)

Members wishing to commence AVCs should notify their payroll department by completing and submitting an AVC Application. The form is available to print or download (or call us for supplies).
