Thermal Insulation Contractors Association
Welplan Ltd was appointed in 1990 by the Thermal Insulation Contractors’ Association (TICA) as the provider of the welfare benefits required for operatives employed in the Thermal Insulation Contracting Industry.
The Industry’s National Agreement sets out the welfare benefits in an appendix and these may be enhanced and/or extended through Welplan to suit an individual employer’s specific requirements.
