Bespoke Benefits
Welplan has the flexibility to design individual benefit packages to meet the requirements of individual employers. We can include differing layers of benefits to suit differing employee groupings. Our benefits generally do not require any medical information for participating employees.
Our range of benefits include:
- Life Cover – provide fixed lump sums payable on death from any cause
- Disability Benefits – lump sums payable in respect of permanent total disability or accidental injury
- Sickness Benefit - fixed weekly amounts or a percentage of salary, with the waiting period and benefit period determined by the employer
- Pensions – H&V Pensions Scheme providing a flexible industry-wide, company-wide scheme with minimal involvement required by the employer
- Healthcare – including Health Assessments, Private Medical Insurance, Employee Assistance Programme, Dental and Occupational Health Schemes
